This is going to be a long one because I'm that grateful.....

With a tight budget and a recession going on right now I was skeptical walking into (a woman's dreaded nightmare.....) a car dealership...by herself non the less no "man power" to back a girl up. From the first phone calls to the moment Isaac Resek put those keys in my hand and Levie Frink finished up my financial paperwork, I truly felt like I left making the right decisions for myself and I was properly guided the entire way through. Isaac quickly identified the things I was looking for in a car, the purpose, and my goal for a car payment and was steadfast at working that deal out for me in the quickest way possible. He didn't beat around bush with me and was frank when I needed him to be so I can make my own decisions; not only did he help me achieve the payment I wanted but most importantly he didn't waste my time which is in my opinion priceless. Always attentative and following up with me and singin' a little 80's tune while he works lol Isaac Resek was a true pleasure to work with.

When it came down to breaking it down to fine print and signatures Levie Frank is your man! He noticed I was anxious to get home in my new car and took me in right away and without me requesting it brought me a hot cup of joe to get me through the process comfortably. Even though I was ready to sign and bolt out he took the time to explain the fine print and details that could've cost me money in the future. I cannot say that I wasn't well informed because I was, and was given the opportunity to take advantage of every perk Planet Honda had to offer. Levie also took my finances into consideration when I needed that extra coverage for my amazing new 2013 Civic but only had a few bucks to spare, he was in my corner the whole way through and for that I'm grateful.

Not only would I refer regular consumers to these men but I would also refer my family because those are the people I love and if I want them to be properly taken care of I'm going to send them to the best....Isaac Resek and Levie Frink at Planet Honda Union, NJ... Smooches fellas! You were great! See you in 3 years :-)
