We had a sewer back-up in our basement and called Gillece for a 2nd estimate after we received a quote from a competing company that we had used the year prior. Joe from Gillece came out and walked my husband through everything he was doing, showed him where the issues where and explained all of our options. He cleared the clog in 5 minutes, something the other company claimed they weren't able to do. Joe offered to come back 2 days later to explain everything to me to make sure both my husband and I were very comfortable with our options to fix the issue. There was absolutely no pressure from Joe to go with either of the two options, one being significantly more expensive. The best part is they were able to start the work as soon as the very next day. We are more than happy with the customer service and the work that was done by Gillece and will be using them for all of our plumbing, HVAC & electric needs going forward. Thank you Gillece!
