Recently my parents (80yrs old) had a toilet replaced in their main bathroom. The US Department of Veteran Affairs contracted you to do this service. Reason being, my stepfather is a US Army Veteran. There was an issue with the initial toilet not fitting because it was too big. So another toilet (less in cost) was chosen. Ok cool. No problem there. Some weeks later a 2 State Sheriffs delivered a letter stating Gillece was suing my parents for the difference of the 2 toilets! Huh? 1st question- why wouldn't you go to VA Affairs about any monies? 2nd question- Do you not have a better way of dealing with your senior customers ( US Veteran sent to you via VA Affairs) other than sending 2 State Sheriffs with letters (of course they were scared/ embarrassed, had no idea) suing them? Outrageously terrible customer service! I would never recommend this company! Maybe Gillece on a whole, at its highest level, should rethink your code of ethics!
