We needed a new AC & furnace. I spoke to Bonnie at Custom Air. She was very pleasant to speak to and she scheduled an appointment at a time that worked for me with Scott G to come out and give me an estimate. Scott arrived on time and was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and provided me with pricing of several options. No high pressure sales just solid options in a price range that worked for us, he even took care of the Columbia Gas rebate. Once we decided on the option he scheduled our installation date on a day that I wanted. Chris and Jake were our installers and they did a wonderful job. They put down drop clothes all through the house to keep the dirt to a minimum and got busy. They were very friendly to work with and didn't mind me hanging around. They had the old equipment out in no time and began setting the new equipment before lunch. Once everything was set they checked everything out then went over everything with the family. All of the work was completed in about 8 hours including having to run new exhaust vents for the furnace and their clean up. I don't normally like having people in to work on things in our home but everyone that I dealt with at Custom Air made this a great experience. I would highly recommend them to others.
