We recently purchased new 2016 Honda EXL-V6 at Royal Honda. My experience with Royal Honda of Metairie (and specifically with salesman Alton) was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you re looking for an automobile. He was very low pressure through the process and we didn't feel any of that sales pressure that we worry about when shopping for a vehicle. The negotiations were straight forward and didn't unnecessarily waste our time. My wife and I had many question throughout this process and not ONE time did he have an attitude. We call him throughout the days and each time he answer our question. I feel he went above and beyond by doing this. Also, closing the deal with the Finance Officer was VERY harmless. He was extremely professional and gave us any incentives that was available. I wish them both best of luck for a bright future with Royal Honda of Metairie.
