Lowball trade ins. Offered 30% of the value of my equipment which was in PERFECT condition. It was heavy equipment too. I called in to get a quote which they refused to do, so I had to bring in $100's of dollars worth of heavy equipment. I overheard one of the representatives saying the owner of the scarborough store just wanted to buy the equipment for the lowball price. I decided to just keep the equipment at that point rather then give it to these crooks.
