Very poor on their warranty service. If you are fool enough to purchase from this company make sure you read the warranties in detail and don't believe the sales rep. First of all the fabric leaked in the awning from the start. Took two years to get that problem fixed. Then the motor went in the awning. Conveniently they pushed that repair till a 5 year warranty ran out. They wanted to charge them $550 for a motor. I told them they would just use the hand crank to roll in and extend the awning. I was then informed that you cannot use the hand crank if the motor doesn't work. My parents are 80 years old and I feel they were taken advantage of. When calling about problems you will get the runaround. Everyone saying that's not my department I'll leave a message for the persons responsible for that. Simple solution don't buy anything from these people.
