With others in hospitality and travel industries offering full refunds through at least August, no questions asked, why is Airbnb dragging their feet? We are on LOCKDOWN. It will not be safe to travel anytime soon for anyone. My reservation is for July in Boston when I had a residency scheduled for my school program - naturally my school cancelled that a few weeks ago. My flights were easily refunded. My Airbnb host refuses to refund me because "too many other people have cancelled". Well of course they did BECAUSE IT IS NOT SAFE! I am in Seattle, where we have flattened the curve BECAUSE WE ARE TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY. It is time for Airbnb to take it seriously, too.
