My Electrolux oven works ok till one day I received a call from Electrolux service center telling that if my power supply wire was not connected properly, it may cause unexpected incident. Concerned, I gladly agreed their offer of sending a technician down to check. After their technician came down one day while my helper was at home alone, he opened the power socket, did something then signed a form telling everything is ok.

My nightmare then started: a few days ago when we prepared whole tray of doughs for bread making. We realized the oven was not even switched on. After I switch on the power from the power socket, it tripped my entire house power supply. I threw away the entire tray doughs since it can't stay the whole night without going bad. The second day I started to call the only contact number I found from entire site of Electrolux Singapore. It is appalling to realize that the call never got attended after many attempt. I was just left listening to music mixed with " please hold" prompt. The longest hold I had was about an hour, the shortest being 15 mins. There is no option to leave a message, no email address from their entire web site. This repeated for a few days till now, I wrote an email to their corporate media contact few days ago and still no reply.

I just bought the oven for a few months. It was working OK and Electrolux sent someone down to screw it up. Then I cannot get into contact with them.

For sure this will be the last thing I buy from Electrolux.
