He refuse to scan our 4 London Pass and took our right to enjoy our tour on the BIG BUS also for 4 Chinese Tourist and our 4 from USA he ruin our vacation He threat on calling the Police everyone around was in schock of the Operator behavior this action from your employee was not call for. Fortunately we have a video of the Bad moment and the scene that this person made with us a total discrimination on his behalf . You as a company should do a better check on your employees and document that they are employees for the BIG BUS AND THAT THEY ARE NOT THE OWNNERS. THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST.
And there is something to explain to do it in the Best possible way
After taking a Taxi to the next stop The Tower of London we took another Taxi to Oxford street and there we try again our London Pass and the Operator was very courteous and scan our Tickects and finally we where able to use our Passes.
Bad Experience .
WE also sent a email to The Big Bus and never got a response.
