Planning a wedding from afar is always a tough thing when it comes to choosing vendors, but Ooh! Events immediately put me at ease! We used Ooh! Events for our event rentals which included tables, chairs, a bar, an alter, and decor. While walking through the warehouse with Rebecca, I knew that she understood exactly what we wanted and was willing to make that happen for a small wedding with a budget I know was smaller than they were used to. Rebecca was wonderful to work with and put together an amazing proposal. She even went out to the beach house we had rented and measured to ensure the rentals we had ordered would fit, since we were unable to do that being out of town. Keller took over our event shortly after, and picked up right where Rebecca left off. She made sure every detail was exactly how we had envisioned it, and did so without ever having met us! She emailed back and forth with me almost daily until things were perfect. I was so happy with how everything turned out--there were absolutely no disappointments. On the day of the event, a few things were forgotten at the warehouse and during load out a few things were left at the house, but Keller ensured that we were never put out by these things and everything got where it was supposed to be.
