I was very satisfied with the help that I received. I ordered a new desk, and unfortunately one of the parts that I ordered was not included. Getting the part shipped out was a quick and easy process, helped along by the wonderful agent Cary Anderson. I really appreciate how quickly my problems were solved, and how friendly the service was.
