Absolutely the worst experience. Hasn't worked for months and when it did work, it was only when I restarted the hub every few days. I'd given up on it entirely until my door was locked electronically by maintenance and I was unable to enter my apartment, even with the physical key. Not having control over this type of technology in your home is dangerous. Customer service is responsive, but they'll have you set up an appointment for you to call in and get help installing new hardware. When you call, you select the correct department and then get the menu options all over again. After 10 minutes of calling repeatedly I got through to someone. 30 minutes later they tell me that the app doesn't work after telling me that replacing the hardware would fix the app somehow. I dont think I've ever had a more frustrating experience with a piece of technology. If my apartment complex didn't require this, I would have thrown it away a long time ago.
I have reached out to customer service several times and that has not helped. Fix the app, make better tech.
