We were very pleased with Wayne, he is very courteous and caring. He was able to answer all our questions, and helped us find the cheapest MediGap plan in our region. I have already told two ladies @ work to contact him when they become ready for retirement. It's a good feeling of security that we will be well covered as we transition into retirement ourselves.
