Worst service department ever. Bought a new Platinum Explorer and sales department was GREAT but I can't say how awful service was...... They had our car for almost 5 weeks. I will not go into all the details as I would take me hours to write but they never contacted us to give us updates. My wife was calling them begging for updates and could not get anything. I even spoke to Bob Masheter when it was all said and done (problem not resolved) and he all but came out and called my wife a liar. Worst dealership ever. If you buy or have service from them you will regret it in the long run.
