Appointment was originally scheduled for Tuesday the 27th at 8 AM, received a call Thursday morning the 24th that they were on their way. I told the technician I wasn t prepared for them as this was early but to head on over. I scrambled to prepare. He showed up, I walked him to the leak, he said he d have to check the truck. I then got a call from the office saying that the technician informed them that my house was deemed unworkable due to my lack of prep even though everything was accessible. I was told to clean everything and then call back, despite the fact they came much earlier than they promised. I don t find it fair that they can change my appointment without telling me beforehand and then complain that things weren t ready

Prior review -Alan was a friendly and informative technician. He shared information without being condescending like some other techs I ve met.
