My dealings with them are mixed for car purchases. I had a great sales rep, Kevin Dickey, very laid back not pushy, the price was great. Or so I thought...the trade-in manager stepped in (Jeremy, I think) and low balled my car by $1.5K and wouldn't budge. I showed him the trade-in value estimator tool (located on their website) with all my cars flaws, still no budge, "we can't help that the tool is on our website" was his response. Well take the tool off and stop wasting people's time.

I went back to my local Honda dealer, Cleo bay Killeen, the same day and bought from them instead. My dealership matched their low sales price, added $1k in accessories, 1 yr maintenance and gave me the price of the trade in tool for my car.

I felt bad for my sales person losing the deal cause of the trade in guy, He wouldn't even budge for another Alabama fan, Roll Tide!
