I had the best experience with this company, especially, Scott Jarrell,our claims adjuster. My insurance company is known to be extremely difficult to work with. They never returned my phone calls or emails over three months. The insurance company never responded after sending me the claim back that said they owe us nothing as our 10k deductible will cover the losses from Irma. I hired Scott from Five Star and within four months he put together a solid claim case for us and got us a check that will cover everything we need to get fixed. Scott was great about calling us every step of the way to let us know what was going on. I never had to initiate a phone call to ask what was going on. If there were any issues that he had questions about he never hesitated to ask a supervisor for help. I love that about him because his professionalism really helped our case. He is experienced,seasoned,professional and took a load of stress off of me. I am so happy I went with them. There is no way I could ve succeeded on my own because I do not have the knowledge he had to fight my claim so successfully.
Nora in the office was also very helpful preparing the paperwork.
