Worst experience ever, waited for 1 hr so I finall...

Worst experience ever, waited for 1 hr so I finally asked what was going on. The front staff said that it would still be a few more minutes. I patiently waited.1 more hour went by until I decided to leave. I waited a total of 2 hrs for nothing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THERE IS A REASON WHY THIS PLACE HAS SUCH HORRIBLE REVIEWS
