I often receive shipments, DHL warns with an sms, GLS has its drivers called.
So far I believed that the worst courier ever was SDA that managed to block shipments for more than a month without even mentioning it ...... but I had not yet met TNT Milan!
No pre-alert delivery (for very bulky materials), MILLED BUT ABSOLUTELY FALSE "DELIVERY ATTEMPTS" (!) APPOINTMENTS NOT RESPECTED, and finally anonymous missives from the self-styled "Customer Service".

Avoid them if you can.
