My husband found this company to plot his architec...

My husband found this company to plot his architectural plans. They are reasonably priced and have very good print quality. Feeling that he had found a great company to rely on he opened an account with them. Then trouble started! Even though they charge directly from the bank account they keeping sending the invoices (and we asked more than once to go paperless!), phone calls & emails not answered, forgotten materials... Marc is his assigned representative. I tried to contact him more than once to get quotes for my business and also to ask about late documents for my husbands company... no joy! Latest big problem, I went to pick a document and they gave it to me incomplete. Marc promised they would deliver the rest free of charge, but next unneeded invoice they charged for it... if you use their services, never open an account with them.
