I recently purchased a new 2020 RAV4 XLE from Johnston s Toyota. I Love it ! Bridgett from sales provided excellent service and went above and beyond with providing car information and guidance!

I had a tow package and roof rack
added to my car. The morning I went into the service department I was already highly stressed with errands to run etc. I was greeted by Nisa who was exceptionally friendly and professional and went above and beyond to provide me with information and guide me to Breonna and Chris who also work in the service department. Breonna and Chris were also great to work with while my car was getting its work done !
Thanks to Nisa who started off the process and helped me calm down with her friendly manner. Because of people like her I look forward to coming back to Johnston s Toyota service department for my oil changes and maintenance ! Thank you all ( Bridgett, Nisa, Chris and Breonna ) for your excellent service!
