My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Midweek and off season with a Groupon made this a great deal for us! We practically had the place to ourselves. We're very low maintenance so we didn't need much but when we did interact with staff they were friendly. We upgraded our room at check in with no problems and we were so glad we did! We enjoyed having our own private pool and sauna in addition to a heart shaped jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable but the wheels didn't lock. The bed would roll away from the headboard if we sat up against the headboard. Lots of comfortable pillows that wall fall down when the bed rolled away
I misplaced my scarf and it was easy enough to retrieve. I was greatfull it was turned in.
The shower door in our room didn't close properly so that was annoying. I would have expected the ladder to the private pool to be cleaner than it was, and there was a piece of tape or something stuck there we didn't put there so..We also noticed bags of linen would be left in piles on the sidewalks. I just think that kind of stuff shouldn't be left around for guests to see.
While some things were a little annoying- nothing bad enough to keep us from going back! Definitely up for another stay-perhaps in the champagne tower next time!
