My experience is always positive when I get the right person. I have learned to only ask for Chris Freibauer because he's the only one whom hasn't lied to me & gives exceptional service with a smile. He isn't pushy & always gives me the truth about my vehicle. He deserves recognition for his honesty for sure because so many lie to make more money & make themselves look good. A big thank you to Chris for his continuous honesty & great customer service... because of him I'll be back.
