Not a good experience!! I called them today becase I needed a charging cord for my Toshiba laptop. After talking to Tom, he told me that they had no new ones but had used ones starting at $29. I told him that I would be there shortly. I live 4 miles away. I left right away. When I got there Tom wasn't there and after informing the guy working there of our conversation, he could not find any for my computer. He then called Tom. Once he got off the phone he informed me that they only had universal chargers and it would be $39. At the least, I should have been sold it for the price quoted. NOT GOOD BUSINESS! I informed him as such and he just shrugged his shoulders. This was a simple straight forward request that I had. TRUST LOST! Glad that I didn't invest money for a repair. Who knows what the bill would have been. Be aware!!
