Highly recommended! I'm not a big fan of museums, but this is very different. To see the rooms they lived in and how the house had been set up is really amazing. The whole thing is really well managed as well with a free audio guide and smooth entry despite the crowds. Unfortunately when I went some areas were under renovation, but still a must-do while in Amsterdam!
