Never again!!!!!!!! Got our txt last night to say we would be picked up from resort 7.50am. We sat in reception from 7.30 till 8.50am. We rang hoppa twice and the hotel rang twice to be told the bus was on its way. Last time the hotel rang somebody hung up on them. Decided we had to get a taxi to the airport. Resulting in a cost of 41.87 just managed to catch our gate by 5 mins. Never ever use this company again customer service non existent. If I could leave 0 stars I would...
