AVOID buying Electrolux products, slight discount ...

AVOID buying Electrolux products, slight discount will not compensate for TROUBLE down the road. My refrigerator leaks before warranty period. Nobody follow-up for remedy actions after Service Technician, Mr Tan, deems that fault beyond his scope of work. Wrote in to Customer Service, reply from Syamir requesting for more info to proceed. Provided necessary details to them same day, and no subsequent reply from Customer Service again. Called Customer Service hotline a week later, I waited 1hour before anyone picked up the call. Spoke to Belle, provided all necessary detail (including the email reference). Citied to get back to me by end of the day as the Engineering Team is in a meeting. Till date, no action from them.
