Got my Inca couch from Briers and it was handled expertly by David Briers. He personally made sure I had my 10% discount and went out of his way to call me and ensure that the delivery person would not only bring in my couch into my Toronto Condo but also help me assemble it. This was achieved by finding a local mover (he refunded my delivery payment so I can pay the delivery guy - which he went out of his way to find).
