Brought my new 2017 car in twice for transmission ...

Brought my new 2017 car in twice for transmission issue. 1st time was told nothing was wrong and maybe I should have someone else drive it. 2nd time I made an appointment a week ahead of time.. Appointmemt was Friday 715 am, I dropped it off the night before. Tasca had the car for the entire day. no one called so I finally called them, they hadn't even looked at it. There transmission specialist couldn't get to it. Worst service department ever.
