Unacceptable.
We pay a command over 30 to have half that does not match (lack of products, or products that do not correspond to what was ordered). A neglected welcome (lack of politeness especially), and a quarter of an hour while there are 3 people behind the counter and only 2 customers. I still prefer to go to the competition who they offer these services.
