I've had nothing but great experiences from start to finish with Reno GMC. I bought two brand new Yukons from them in 2017 and both experiences were phenomenal. Keith was a fantastic sales man, he taught me so much about my new Yukon, he even showed me how to customize the height of the lift gate to my height (short!!). Billy is the best finance guy in Reno. He's so open with you, he always comes and speaks directly with me, makes sure to greet me and shake my hand every single time. I love that the finance department isn't isolated from the clients, they keep an open dialogue with you the entire time. Garrett the GM is so friendly and open. I went in this week for some service and there was Garrett on his hands and knees cleaning the carpet. I've never seen a GM get his hands dirty like that. I love that every employee at Reno GMC is available. No one is too important to talk to you. Dayton in service handled my appointment last week and as always he was so efficient and polite. He made sure I had a shuttle ride home, and gave me progressive updates on the shuttle ETA. Daylon has been handling my service for 19 years and I've never had a bad experience. When I pulled into the service department I was greeted and handed a key tag in under a minute. Thank you Reno GMC for taking such amazing care of me.
