I boarded on the tram tour and I was riding in circles out in the heat for about 20 minutes to learn that my tour was postponed. Then after waiting another 30 minutes I learnt that it is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. No refunds given, I have not had a chance to speak to an adult staff member either. For reference I took a picture of the weather, 1 hour after my 1 hour tour was cancelled. It was a disappointment to take my family there. 15 min exhibition and a bunch of selfie machines is not enough to justify the $30 per person entry fee. Poor experience and unqualified staff dont make it any better.
