Love the resort, but it gets so crowded on the wee...

Love the resort, but it gets so crowded on the weekends. Lift lines can be 45 mins long. Seems that there are a lot of aggressive skiers and snowboarders as well, relative to other resorts. I'm a relatively new skier, and have been called all sorts of derogatory names for being slower and careful. No one has ever offered words of wisdom. Whereas, at every other resort I've skied, someone has stopped to offer me tips on improving. Probably won't get another seasons pass at Stevens after this year.
