I cannot say enough nice things about Matt and his team! He was above and beyond mine and my fiance's expectations. My fiance travels for work Monday-Thursday and at the time I was studying for a board exam meaning our schedules were hectic and difficult to coordinate. Matt always put our time above his own; whether that meant asking a colleague to help us with a showing or last minute rearrangements of his own schedule we were always able to see the condos we wanted to, on a schedule that worked for us. We are so thankful and indebted to Matt and his team as we found and closed on our perfect condo in just 2 short months! Not only did Matt help us find our perfect home but he also introduced us to the greatest lender and real estate attorney Chicago has to offer! Thank you a million times over, Matt! We are so happy you are so great at your job.
