Great customer experience all around! I was here last week to have a 'recall' fixed on my 2015 X3. Long story short, after a horrendous experience at SEVERAL Greater Toronto Area dealerships (yes, several), I decided to go to London to have the car fixed. GTA dealers were not helpful, couldn't get me booked in in a reasonable amount of time (2+ months to fix a recall for ISOFIX latches??? I have a 3 yr old!!!), were unapologetic and generally apathetic. Parkview BMW gets special mention for LYING to me when I had an oil change done to tell me that my rear brakes were at 2mm. Thank you BMW London for being honest (I actually had 8mm) and not making me do unnecessary service just to line their pockets. BMW Canada customer service is equally horrid and unhelpful.
Special mention goes out to Dave Brown and Carmen Jones in service for looking after me so well. The Sales staff were also very accommodating putting up with me hanging out far longer than I should have :)
They also set me up with some test drives! Great team that Stephen and Bernie have! I will be purchasing my next BMW from BMW London for sure. I don't mind the drive for superior service and spending time with my family in the beautiful city of London!
