This is one of those restaurants that not only lives on the reflected light of its chef Gordon Ramsey but - it can be said - shines with its own light. It is located in the heart of London in Mayfair, inside the Marriott hotel. The environment is informal but very nice and welcoming, the service very very friendly and professional. Do not expect dozens of cuts of meat, there is a very limited but very accurate selection. Mostly English meats of course, all with different aging. Excellent cooking and presentation. Here I had one of the best desserts I've ever tried: alone he could have justified the dinner at the Maze Grill.
