Steven Thompson Sr from Gillece, exceptional customer service!!! I called Gillece when I noticed no hot water and the pilot light was out on my 13 yr old hot water tank, and it would not stay lit. When Steve arrived he was very thorough and diagnosed the issue was the gas valve. He discussed all my options from replacing the part to replacing the tank. Once I made the decision to replace, he worked late into the evening to install my new gas hot water heater. Was honest and explained everything from start to finish. And pointed out the possibility that one section of pipe may leak if glue doesn't set... and when it did slightly leak, he was back at my house first thing next day to fix and replace that section. Very knowledgable and friendly professional that I would highly recommend. Thx Steve!
