My experience at the Norman Parathyroid Center was the most professional medical experience I have ever had. From billing, to consultation, to surgery, to follow up, I couldn't be more pleased. As a healthcare professional who works with the public everyday, I have an eye for facilities and organizations that have excellent systems in place to make sure the patient is treated at a high level of quality and at the same time is able to deal with issues that come from dealing in volume and in working wit the sometimes difficult public. The Norman Parathyroid center does this well. Dr. Norman took significant time with me prior to the surgery. He knew my individual case forwards and backwards, and we even hit it off with personal interests as well. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. The Norman Parathyroid Center is top notch.
