I know this because I am a repeat customer and each time I have received the same treatment. My first visit was for problems with my desktop computer. Recently, problems with my laptop lead me back to Virgil. The technician listened patiently while I described my dilemma and he then explained to me what he thought the problem could be and how long it would take to actually perform the troubleshooting. As promised, he got back with me in the timeframe specified and offered resolutions and options. Included was the offer to recover data from my hard drive.
