Vivian Yang of Connect. Incompetent. First residential hires incompetent people to run the building. Absolute no help from Vivian whatsoever. And trying to get in touch with your strata manager. Goodluck. First residential seriously needs to step up their game in hiring competent employees to run the building. I am a new tenant here and already so many flaws... I am already getting fined on things by Vivian Yang that are not related to my unit whatsoever. And please send me your customer investigation email. As well as the number to call.

Vivian Yang has fined my 83 year old mom for things she did not do.
She has accused my mom of denying access to her unit for a fire safety inspection.
My mom is hospitalized & very ill.
Strokes
Brain surgery.
She is suffering.
Vivian Yang knows this & she is being a bully & taking advantage.
I now for a fact twice my mom has signed a waiver form & provided a handwritten letter & a key. The hand written letter is very explicit saying that the key was provided to Mrs Yang & the strata council for this reason.
