I really don t know whether I should feel angry or...

I really don t know whether I should feel angry or pity for them. Actually the company is willing to accommodate the rendered (and quite pricy) services but it is too weak to manage them. No corporate culture, no policies and procedures seems like a paper floating on the water.. it s 10 days now that I am trying to assemble my furnitures that I bought from IKEA (and the same company transferred them to my house) and I loose my time in helpless phone calls with several employees of the company which they are willing to assist but they just don t know how... if you have alternatives to transfer and assemble your household better stay away from this company. They will ruin your mood without having results.
