We met Kathleen through a mutual friend, and boy are we glad we did! My fiance and I thought home ownership was years away for us, but Kathleen and her team were able to get us a great finance package for our first house. We were able to save enough on the down payment to be able to do the remodel work we wanted, and we have Kathleen and her financial whiz kids to thank!
