It was a long process for our car to be serviced and some of it was beyond this dealership's control. We had to wait on warranty approval. After warranty approval and engine being replaced there were several hiccups before the vehicle was to our satisfaction. The service department was patient and worked with us through this process. Pedro assured us that he would not stop until the vehicle was up to par, manager Ken was helpful as well. Overall, everyone was professional, except customer service employee Kayla, she was rude and even at one point told us "Your vehicle is a 2008" as if because it was older, we had to settle for shoddy work. I mentioned this to Ken and he said that he would take care of it, but we never followed up. This was a very stressful situation and if not for Pedro I'm sure it would have been worse. I would really like to send a heartfelt thank you to him for getting us through this difficult time.
