I do not like giving a bad review. But this is a must! Despite, NHS being free, there is no reason at all to be rude and very disrespectful to the patients. Never mind, the slow services while doctors are cheerfully playing around with his/her fellow colleagues. I've been living in 6 different countries and visited many hospitals, and UCLH is by far the worst hospital I've been to !
