Very poor opinion of RBC.
Lost my job due to redundancy between Jun & Aug 2019. A 3rd party made our payments, RBC alerted, alerted that I would be making own payments from Sept via SO, all was well till they 'lost' my Nov payment and therefore sent a summons !!!!! Phonecall made and told me they do not lose money !!!! Sent them proof BUT no word of apology even though they emailed back to say money found.
Yet the summons and fees have not been removed.
Dec payment sent and received. DD now set up as my monthly wage now meets their date criteria, and yet, no removal of summons or fees, not one single apology.
Have emailed our councillor Jake Berry
Dont know what will happen from here, but I dont feel RBC really cares because they are getting their money.
