Extremely pleased with my experience with TLC. Sought out a quote for a new furnace and was pleasantly surprised at how competitive and in-line the quote was with other companies. Riley called 30 minutes ahead of my appointment for a quote and came out to review my current setup and quote a few options. As soon as I decided that I wanted to move forward, Riley booked the appointment for the next open time. The day of the install, Brian showed up on time with his team and got right to work. My furnace is in my attic, so he and his team worked straight through for nine hours to get it installed. A few items were identified along that way that Brian felt should be addressed to bring the furnace up to code, so Riley stopped by to quote the additional work. I appreciated the communication and professionalism of everyone through the entire project. I'm highly pleased with my new furnace and the care that went into the work.
