$750 to replace taps in 2 bathrooms, we had already bought the taps, and to replace an outdoor tap. Then both taps leaked into the cabinets underneath because they didn t tighten the fittings correctly. I wouldn t use them again.

As a follow up to this review, I must give credit where credit is due. I received a call from their office with an apology for the leaking taps and we came to an amicable resolution. I greatly appreciate that they took the matter seriously and took the time to get back to me with an apology. It restores my faith.
