As a Dimond member, the staff would not help me with my luggage and Golf Clubs from my car in the parking area in front of the Hotel. When I called the front desk at 5am to have the General Manager, call me back they ignored my complaint. As I proceeded to the Golf course at Torrey Pines in the morning there wasn't anything open to have coffee or eat. Unfortunately, the staff need a be retrained to take care of there premium guest and non-premium guests. I came to write an article about Torrey Pines and now it is going to be about the Hilton La Jolla and there golf packages. As I checked out ,I called downstairs the to the Bell Person to pick up my Luggage and they never showed up. So, I proceed with my bags and clubs to the front desk asking for the manager on duty to explain my problem and they responded that they were going to give me points for my troubles...I replied I have points just contact me when I get back to Vegas, so I can explain my concerns. They never called or sent me a email. They just don't care about there customers. Consumer beware of the service at this Hotel. Note: Not all the Hiltons are this way. They are usually Certified Friendly and willing to provide you with good service.
