Very friendly and accommodating. First service on new RAV4. A lot longer wait than was told but they gave me a mini car detail to use later for the inconvenience. Great customer service. Although there is a dealer 10 minutes from I choose to drive the 35 minutes to purchase from Germain because of their great customer service and service e department.
